Using DFS-R for Roaming Profile Replication

Hi,

i have to Datacenters with Terminalservers (XenApp) located. The DCs are well connected (100mbit), so
the users (not sitting a DC location) will be routed to the least loaded Server across both DCs. The Home Folders
will be replicated with DFS-R.

But what about the User Profiles. Is it supported to replicate the User Profiles as well. I thought about to schedule
the Replication in the night. So the user starts an application in DC 1, logf off und later starts application in DC 2 :
result is inconsistent user profile - only the next day it should be synchronized.

Is that possible and supported ?
