Terminal Server Farm Session Broker redundancy.

Hi, i have a TS Farm which consists on 3 App servers and 1 Session Broker.

Server are all Windows 2008R2.

What happens if the Session Broker goes down? Are users unable to connect to the farm?

Can i add additional session brokers to add redundancy? Because in each Host when i go to RD Session Host Configuration i can only specify 1 RD Connection Broker.

How do people manage and resolve this issues?

Or do you have a CNAME for the Session Broker and then if the Broker fails just change the CNAME to point to a new session broker?
