I've been fighting Folder Redirect and RPC Call Failure issues for months on our 4 server Citrix Farm running Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, SP1. I finally found HotFixes for these issues under KB2610379 and KB979530, but when I downloaded these files and attempted to install the HotFixes both of them are trowing the same error. When the Self Extracting Zip files attempt to run I get a message stating "This self-extracting zip file is part of a multidisk zip file. Please insert the last disk of the set." When this message is acknowledged, it repeats itself twice and then throws the following error: An error occured while unzipping. One of more files were not successfully unzipped. The error code it 110."
Any help would be appreciated.
